Ron and Reggie Bell personally walk every build across Hall, Banks, Jackson, Lumpkin, and White counties — Lake Lanier to the foothills. When you call, an owner answers. During the build, and twenty years after.

I.The ManifestoA word from Ron & Reggie1959

We don't build many homes in a year. We build the right ones — for families who want the owner answering the phone, the same team through every phase, and a home still standing proud twenty years from now.

Chapter II · The Brothers

Two generations. One family. Still on your lot.

Our father Robert started Bell Construction in 1959 with a simple rule: do the work right, and treat the people who hired you the way you'd want to be treated.

Today, we — Ron and Reggie — carry on what he started. Every project gets our personal attention. We're on your lot daily, checking the work, answering your questions, making sure the home you're building is the home you imagined.

That's not a marketing line. It's why the same families refer us to their friends, and why real-estate agents who sell lake and mountain properties keep our number at the top of their list.

IV.The PromisesWhat you get with us∞

Four promises on every build.

Not features. The things every one of our clients tells us made the difference — and the things the builders you've already interviewed probably can't promise.

01

An owner on your lot. Every day.

Ron or Reggie is personally on site during your build. Not a project manager. Not a foreman you've never met. The owner whose name is on the truck.

Accountability
02

The same team, start to finish.

We don't hand your project to a rotating cast. You'll know your subs and your site superintendent by name — and they'll be the same people from first footing to final walk-through.

Continuity
03

A timeline we stand behind.

We quote realistic schedules — not optimistic ones — and we tell you when something changes. You won't learn about a delay from the delivery driver.

Honesty
04

A relationship that outlasts the build.

Sixty-plus years of repeat customers and referrals is how we got here. We're still answering the phone for families we built for in the 90s. You'll be one of them.

Legacy
V.The ProcessFirst conversation to move-inThe Journey
Chapter V · How We Build

Five stages. No surprises.

The hardest part of a custom build isn't the framing — it's the unknowns. Here's exactly how a Bell Construction home gets built, from first conversation to move-in.

I. Conversation

We meet on your lot. Or ours.

We listen. We tell you honestly whether we're the right fit — and who we'd recommend if we're not. Most builds start with an hour at your property and a legal pad.

II. Design

Your architect. Or ours.

Work with the designer you've already chosen, or one of the architects we've built with for decades. Every decision documented, every line drawn with the lot in mind.

III. Contract

A real budget. A real timeline.

Change-order process in writing. Selections calendar locked before footings. No surprises, no hidden allowances, no gotcha stage.

IV. Build

Ron or Reggie on site daily.

Same subs throughout. Weekly photos and updates. You'll never drive out to your lot wondering what happened this week — because you already know.

V. Walk-through

Punch list closed before closing.

A full walk-through, owner-led. We don't hand you keys on a home we wouldn't hand our own family. Warranty honored long after the last check clears.

VI.The WordIn their own voicesOn Record
Ron Bell was recommended by a real-estate agent who sells lake homes, and after one meeting we knew why. He was on our lot every day we drove down.
